2lbs chicken thighs
Chicken bouillon
Reduced sodium Lawry’s seasoned salt
Black pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Parsley
2 tbs melted butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Clean, pat dry and season the chicken with the items above.
Place on wire rack and back at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
String beans and potatoes
2 pork neck bones or 1 ham hock
1.5 cups of water
1 large potato
1/4 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp reduced sodium Lawry’s seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2tbs oil
2 cans cut string beans, drained
Add neck bones and water to pot. Cover and simmer on medium low heat for an hour.

This is a very method. The roasted peppers is a new mix, it gives stew that ‘Smokey’ taste. But at the end of the day, stew is stew as long as it doesn’t taste raw and it’s well cooked, it’s fine. Nothing as annoying than making ajo ite in something so basic😊

I can’t find a Black cookbook with stories like the one The Korean Chef published. Think about it! If you do I hope to buy it!
